Day Pass | AFS Global Conference
Includes: Access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, expo hall, coffee breaks and lunch on one of the days of the Conference (10 October or 11 October 2019). Day Pass fee doesn’t include the opening reception on 9 October.

Guest Ticket | AFS Global Conference

Cancellation Policy
Early-bird registration begins on 4 March 2019 and will close at 23:59 GMT on 17 July 2019. Early registration for Pre-Conference events, Networking Dinner and AFS Internal Meetings will also be offered this year when registration opens. After 17 July 2019, the regular fees will apply (to be released soon).
Before 17 July
Any cancellations made before 17 July will receive a full refund excluding the registration processing fees (3.99%).
Between 17 July and 19 August
For cancellations made between 17 July and 19 August, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded excluding the registration processing fees (3.99%).
After 19 August
For all changes or cancellations made after 19 August or no-shows to the conference, no reimbursement is possible.
Scholarships for Educators & Students
AFS is proud to launch scholarship applications for teachers and students to attend the AFS Global Conference. The interactive and ideas-driven sessions facilitated by leading university professors, K-12 experts and non-formal educators will explore integrating global competence education into school curricula, student-driven study abroad programs, how to mentor the next generation of global citizens and more.
Teachers and students play a critical role in these discussions, as they are the ones who will tackle the greatest global challenges and the ones most directly affected by our education systems, policies, and practices.
