Larger booth sizes available upon request with fee.

Reservation includes:

  • 10’ x 10’ booth space
  • High-rise counter and 2 chairs
  • Identification sign with company logo/name
  • Two complimentary booth staff (exhibitor) badges (no access to conference sessions)
  • Descriptive listing in the conference mobile app, online floor plan, and exhibitor search
  • Daily aisle maintenance

Please note:

Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings (besides listed above), electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning or any other special services order by the exhibitor.

You may submit your payment via check or bank transfer. Once you register for the EXPO, we will send an invoice with payment instructions.

Cancellation notice: Exhibit space can be canceled prior to 5 September 2018 with a full refund. After 5 September, no refunds will be made. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@afs.org.
